[FULFILL4ME] Design Partnership
A working conversation

A design partnership, built to grow.

A picture of what we're looking for, how we'd like to work together, and where this can go. This isn't a contract or a final offer. It's a starting point, so we can talk it through and shape it into something that works for both of us.

Confidential. Please keep this between us for now.

01 · What we're looking for

A design partner, not a one-off vendor.

We run a small, growing group of companies, and every one of them needs design work. Consistently, not once in a while. Social graphics, flyers, shirt designs, brand pieces. It never really stops.

So we're not looking to hire out a single project. We're looking for a design team to become our design partner: to handle our ongoing design work, white-labeled under our brands, and to grow right alongside us as we scale.

We think that's a genuinely good fit for a studio building a network of designers, because the hardest thing for a growing design shop to lock in is steady, predictable work. That's exactly what we have to offer.

We also want to be upfront about the kind of work it is. A lot of this is everyday production, the steady, high-volume kind, rather than the premium, one-of-a-kind projects a studio like yours can really shine on. We're not assuming it's a fit. We're putting it in front of you as an opportunity, and we'd genuinely like your honest read on whether it's something you'd want to take on.

02 · Who we are

A few real companies, all needing design.

Here's the picture, because it's probably more than most people put in front of you in a first conversation. Design plugs into all of it, which is why we need a partner and not a freelancer for the next job.

FULFILL4METhe parent

The company you'd contract and work with, and where the agreement lives. Its own design needs are lighter today and grow as we put more proposals and content in front of people.

Additional companies come online over time, and design comes with each one. The relationship is built to expand as we do.

03 · What we need

Specific where it's real, starting with 3Dottees.

The clearest, most immediate work is 3Dottees, so here's the shape of it. To set the expectation plainly: this is steady, consistent production work, the day-to-day that keeps a brand visible week after week, reliable volume more than the occasional showpiece. That steadiness is exactly the value, and it's the kind of foundation a growing studio can build on. Volumes are a starting point; we'll write the real scope down together before we begin.

Weekly social graphics

Around two post graphics a week. We provide the text and the brand direction; you bring the design.

Marketing pieces

Flyers and posters as they come up, designed so they double as post, newsletter, and blog images. One asset, several uses.

Basic t-shirt designs

Simple, clean shirt designs, nothing that needs complex illustration. For every design, we print one and just need a quick photo of the finished shirt for our catalog (the shirt on its own, no model), and the shirt is yours to keep.

Simple customer requests

The everyday asks: a birthday shirt, a photo with some text, "something along these lines." Fast, straightforward turnarounds.

A brand refresh, paced over time

We'd love help bringing a consistent look across our sites, worked into the monthly flow a piece at a time rather than all at once. Steady work for you, growing consistency for us.

Alongside that

Your Social Lotus brings similar recurring social and blog graphics, plus reusable branded templates. FULFILL4ME stays lighter at first and grows as our outreach ramps up.

04 · How we'd like to work

White-label, monthly, and easy to plan around.

And we'd rather start small and grow into it than open big on either side. A focused start on the core work, added to in phases as the rhythm and the trust build. Think of it as a foundation we scale together, not a large commitment out of the gate.

05 · Where this grows

The opportunity is bigger than the first retainer.

Once we've found our rhythm, several lanes open up, all of them more work and more revenue for your team.

More of our portfolio

As we scale and add companies, more of that design flows to you. The steady base only gets steadier.

A referral channel to real customers

Our companies' customers ask for design all the time. A custom piece for a 3Dottees customer, a branding package through Your Social Lotus. When they do, we send it your way. You do the work and keep the fee; we take only a small broker fee for bringing it to you (our thinking: a flat few dollars on smaller jobs, a small percentage on larger ones). You get the work, the money, and the relationship. As we promote design across our companies, this channel grows on its own.

Bigger creative work, over time

The more complex, higher-value custom design opens up as we get to know how your team works and what you love to take on.

And beyond design. We also have real, ongoing operational work your wider network could take on, like product listing and catalog work for our storefront (images, descriptions, and listings at volume). Steady work for your whole team, not only your designers. If that's useful to you, it's on the table too.

Why we think this fits.

You get the one thing that's hardest for a growing studio to lock in: a steady, predictable base, the reliable floor that lets a studio invest in the bigger creative work it really wants to do. And a partner actively working to send more your way as we grow, the premium and custom projects included. We get a design team we can rely on and grow with, and a relationship we can build in person, not over a ticketing queue.

This page is a working draft, meant to give you time to look it over together and come to our meeting with real thoughts. From there, we'll shape the details together into an agreement that works for everyone, taking whatever time it needs to get it right.

Looking forward to talking it through.
